Our Community Purpose
Functional Health Professionals (FHP) brings together independent clinicians and health coaches who are building and operating practices of their own. Our community channels (Google Chat, weekly calls, and shared forums) are designed to provide mutual support, practical insights, workflow ideas, and encouragement.
To keep FHP a trusted, constructive space for everyone, all members agree to abide by these Community Ground Rules:
1. Professional Respect & Mutual Support
We celebrate independent practice and diversity of clinical perspectives. Treat fellow members, care managers, and team members with courtesy, professional respect, and kindness. Constructive dialogue is encouraged; personal attacks, dismissive behavior, or harassment are strictly prohibited.
2. Client & Patient Privacy (HIPAA)
When discussing complex clinical scenarios or operational questions in community calls or chat, never share Protected Health Information (PHI) or identifying patient details. Always anonymize case scenarios completely to safeguard patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
3. Shared Peer Experience, Not Formal Medical Consultation
Community discussions, mastermind calls, and shared chat posts represent informal peer experiences and operational ideas. They do not constitute formal medical consultations, supervisory direction, or legal advice. Each practitioner remains solely responsible for their own clinical decisions and scope of practice.
4. Confidentiality of Community Discussions
What is shared inside the FHP member environment stays inside the community. Respect the privacy and trust of fellow practitioners by keeping internal discussions, shared practice numbers, and peer vulnerability confidential.
5. No Unsolicited Pitching or Self-Promotion
FHP chat and community calls are collaborative spaces, not sales channels. Please do not solicit other members, pitch outside multi-level marketing programs, or promote personal commercial ventures unless explicitly requested in a dedicated resource-sharing context.
