How FHP Works

Apply & Confirm Fit
Submit your practitioner information and credentials. FHP currently supports physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and functional health coaches, and may consider other licensed functional disciplines as the network grows.
We'll make sure the membership option and available FHP resources are appropriate for your role and practice.
EMR & Workflow Onboarding
You'll complete an onboarding form with the details of your practice — work hours, fees, visit types, and other operational information.
For members using the shared EMR, FHP then builds your CharmHealth facility, typically within 3 business days. Your facility starts with shared intake questionnaires, charting templates, consent forms, and other resources that you can customize for your practice.
A structured onboarding course walks you through the system, and FHP is available to help you refine workflows as your practice develops.
Care Manager & Administrative Support
For members using the shared EMR, the FHP care management team can help with lab-order tracking, result delivery workflows, and administrative setup.
Some outside integrations — especially laboratory integrations — can take time and depend on third parties. FHP helps move those processes forward while also helping you find practical ways to begin operating your practice in the meantime.
Practice & Community
List your practice in the FHP Directory, connect with other independent practitioners, share experience and resources, and build your practice at your own pace.
You're never on your own
The onboarding course and shared templates give you a strong starting point, but they're not a substitute for human support.
When you need help customizing a workflow, troubleshooting a problem, or thinking through how to run part of your practice, there's a real person at FHP available to work through it with you.
