GOOGLE ACCESS
Access to FHP Google resources requires that you have a Google Email address (free) or a Google Workspace account.
Please use this Google email address in your FHP registration. This will ensure a smooth onboarding process for you.
MEETINGS
Virtual meetings are held Tuesdays from 2:30-3:30 PM EST & Fridays from 1:30 - 2:30 PM EST
Attendance is completely optional, and members regularly pop in and out as their schedules permit.
ONBOARDING
Upon successful purchase of a membership, you will receive a confirmation email and an invitation to complete intake forms.
All members complete a general onboarding form so that we can get to know & support you.
Coach & Clinician members will fill out an additional form with the information needed for your independent facility within CharmHealth.
You will also receive several invitations to join the shared Google Workspace resources (Drive, Chat, Calendar).
TIMELINE
After submitting all requested items and info, in almost all cases, activation in the Google Workspace is completed within 48 hours.
For Coach & Clinician members, creation of your Charm Facility is generally completed within 72 hours of receiving your completed Facility Form responses.
Some Charm features may take longer since we must request activation from Charm directly. These include e-prescribing, Bluefin payment processing, and telehealth integrations. However, these are typically active within a week.
Lab integrations may take up to several months to go live depending on the responsiveness of the regional lab account representative.
5% SERVICE/3% PRODUCT FEES
As your practice grows, it naturally incurs increasing patient-related costs — many of which scale with usage. For example, Charm encounters, secure messages, AI tools, faxes, and texts all generate additional charges. The 5% Revenue fee helps cover those usage-based expenses so that your experience feels seamless as you grow.
Also, we offer a lower 3% rate for products sales (ie. test kits, labs, or prescriptions) that members may want to offer their patients/clients or bundle in packages or memberships. These products generally have lower profit margins, so they are charged at a lower rate.
This model also supports the Care Manager team, who plays a critical role in patient navigation, lab coordination, clinical communications, and more. The level of support each patient needs can range from zero time to several hours — so instead of unpredictable fees, we use a flat % Revenue fee that smooths out the variability while ensuring patients always receive the attention they deserve.
Importantly, the $200/month base fee does not come close to covering the full services Clinician Members receive. We intentionally keep membership affordable when practices are early in their development. In essence, FHP invests in your business up front — providing systems, infrastructure, and expert support — with the expectation that your contribution increases as your business grows.
By aligning revenue with utilization and long-term success, we ensure FHP can continually reinvest in resources, technology, and support that help our members thrive — together.
